Just bought the "GLobetrotter" and think i is pretty good. Any reviews pre 2008 are bad. They reconfigured them late 2008. Mine is fie. It does pay to read the instructions before hand though. I also got the AA/AAA battery charger too. Using the super charger, I got pretty much a full charge I think as Freeloader fully charged my iPhone from about 6% remaining battery. WILL NOT though, charge my BlackBerry BOld 9700. Actually comes up on the phones screen "usb hub does not have enough power to charge the device". I cycle tour and this little gadget is easily good enough to keep my light batteries charged and my cell phone topped up which is all I really need. Worth considering gong for the GLobetrotter Pro though as if it is as good as the standard Freeloader ? You'll be alble to charge almost all camera batteries etc etc. All in all a "thumbs up" from me. Just remember to read the manual and get used to how the thing should be used.
